Mocay is the love and light of People Places and The Central on Orange Lake. He was born and raised in Saint Elizabeth Parish, Jamaica and immigrated to the US with a certification in Carpentry from Newell Secondary School which brought him to us during the building process of Phase 1 on the Central. Frank noticed that Mocay moved from one crew to the next on every stage, starting with laying the foundation all the way through to the finish detail work at the end, which was quite unusual. Mocay has, literally, had a hand in building every inch of the Central on Orange Lake!

Mocay brings his joie de vivre to everything he does, you can’t miss him and his infectious smile as he works to keep the Central apartments looking beautiful and standing strong.
