Kacey grew up in Downtown New Port Richey and received her Degree in Environmental Science and Policy from University of South Florida. As a life-long resident of New Port Richey, Kacey is an elemental part of our community. Her work in the hospitality industry and community event production has helped her to develop a diverse network and, along with her sister Kira, the pair have been instrumental in attracting new business and residential investment in the City.

- Suncoast SPCA, Adoption Specialist: Introduced a “long-time” resident adoption program that increased adoption rates
