Once the home of Potter Brothers’ IGA grocery store, this building had fallen into the decline that gripped so much of downtown New Port Richey. People Places recognized that transforming this building into something new would help spur the redevelopment of Downtown. Our team gutted, renovated, and converted the 10,000 square foot structure into a multiple-tenant building, with a complete redesign by our partner in the project, Jose Cardenas.
Now home to 5 businesses, including New Port Richey’s first craft brewery and an organic grocery store, 5800 Main became the touchstone for new investment and new excitement in the whole town.
