Bruzenskey is a first generation Hatian-American who was born and raised in Miami and graduated from the University of South Florida where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication after spending much of his undergraduate studies in Architecture. He joined the People Places team in 2019 after relocating to the Tampa Bay area and  is responsible for managing commercial & multifamily real estate assets on behalf of People Places. Bruzenskey is a Certified Apartment Manager recognized by the National Apartment Association and has been in the property management industry since 2011.
